Mama Rayae

The Huntress Rayae and my very first RP I ever created. Talk about nostalgia. Rayae was originally mated to a troll Shadow Hunter named Ken'jai who tragically died at the claws of Chillmaw. Rayae was scarred pretty bad in the fight leaving her nearly blind in her left eye and a limp with her right leg. She still cares for Ken'jai's venomhide raptor, which now wears his Rush'kah mask.

The Spirit Beast is Jinuu one of Har'koa's wandering mates. Rayae encountered the creature when she took Ken'jai's body to Sholazar for funeral rites. (as his wishes) Being so familiar with the Loa she knew just what the creature was. To this day she wonders if the cat follows her because its Kenjai or just because it too knows what it is like to without a loved one.

Now the Huntress resides in Grizzley Hills with a cabin and Stable full of exotic creatures. Cel and Lyirae were adopted by the huntress in their early teens. This is also how Cel learned her cooking and Lyi her affinity for bows and animals. Rayae just radiates motherly warmth, becoming the mother of the guild. Be warned, hurt one of her children and you are likely to end up with an arrow or two in your chest.
